BLOG CREATION

This is an excellent way to provide continual fresh content on your website for both your customers and potential prospects. Blog posts (along with related images and occasional video clips otherwise known as blended media) will include interesting, up-to-date information about your company, products and/or industry.

Adding a custom blog or Wordpress landing page to your website as well as blog posts that are relevant to your industry will increase your organic (naturally born) search results and rankings. The more unique content you have on your website, the better chance you have of being found for a wider variety of keywords.

How Long Does Internet Marketing Take?

An effort to improve non-sponsored “free” listings requires far more time than to simply add sponsored (paid) listings. However, it is typically a far better investment in the long run. Roughly 70% or more of all search engine traffic is through the non-sponsored (free) listings. Adding fresh and unique content on a regular basis is highly recommended, however it is the increase of inbound links which will ultimately deliver the results.

While it is not unusual to see organic rankings begin to climb within the first few months, website owners should allow at least 6 to 12 months before measuring the full return on their investment. CLIENT’s starting with a well established website (and/or targeting non-competitive search terms) tends to see quicker results. A less established website (and/or targeting extremely competitive search terms) may take longer.

LOCAL LISTINGS

Local “map” listings are non-sponsored (free) listings that typically appear when a search term includes a city name or other regionally specific keyword (such as Birmingham plastic surgeon). This addition to an Internet marketing campaign includes submission to the local listing categories within Google and other major search engines and submission to key “data providing” websites that are known for improving rankings within the local listings.

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (Pay-Per-Click)

Your webmaster should post keywords and research keywords for your business expertise. Also, and full service Google setup (if your account is not already in place) and provide ongoing maintenance for a “sponsored listing” account within Google AdWords.
You may choose overall monthly spending limits, as well as time scheduling and geographic targeting (when applicable).
This (in our opinion) is not the best approach to building search engine rankings. It is costly and risky.

MONTHLY WEB ANALYTIC REPORTS

Ask your webmaster to create and provide monthly reports to track the progress of your Internet marketing campaign rankings and traffic. You should have access to the analytics interface to discover additional detailed reports such as where your visitors came from, what browsers they used, how they navigated through your website and more. This service will require a few lines of coding to be inserted within each page by your webmaster on your website.

MANUAL LINK BUILDING

Besides manually searching for industry specific directories and authoritative hubs within your industry, you can also research which websites are currently linking to your top ranked competitors. Then prioritize this extensive list by relevance and link value. You should contact these websites by phone or email and request an inbound link on your behalf.

ONLINE PRESS RELEASE LINKS

As part of our Internet marketing campaigns, PRIMEAU PRODUCTIONS can help you write a press release based on your information and expertise. Press releases are a great way to generate quality, inbound links. These press releases will be distributed to numerous online news related websites. Press releases are typically posted for at least 30 days. Suggested content may include announcements of new products, company changes or other news relating to your company.

BLOG LINKS

As part of our Internet marketing campaigns, PRIMEAU PRODUCTIONS representatives will contact various blog owners on your behalf and ask them to consider writing something about your company. We will educate them about something interesting relating to your products & services and request that they write a blog post about your website (and link to your site). This may include showing them your press releases, articles and/or white pages to educate them on your news worthy information.

DIRECTORY LINKS

Part of this PR activity includes manual submissions to Internet directories with human editors which are known for generating valid inbound links. Through the years we have weeded through thousands of sites to find the top few hundred directories. PRIMEAU PRODUCTIONS tests have shown that this service alone has proven to generate top rankings within Google. Paid directory submission fees (when applicable) are invoiced accordingly and minimal compared to the return on investment. Please note that there are only so many “high quality” directories, many of these smaller directories could easily be judged as low quality. However, our selection is based on page rankings, human editors, relevance, and/or proof of generating valid inbound links.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Spend time establishing profiles within multiple social media networks that are relevant to your needs and industry. Create your profiles using keyword rich and compelling descriptions complete with links, images and company information to entice other users to join and/or follow. In the following months, time will be spent virtually every day with consistent updates, responses and continued marketing efforts. Links to the client’s site, as well as articles or press releases will be promoted across the social networks to add content and generate interest.
